Andrew Sabarre's Movement Retraining program is geared towards athletes looking for a more comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and preparation for the movement demands of their sport. During your time with Andrew you will work on retraining movement patterns, focusing first on the core and moving outwards to the extremities.
By imitating the movement demands of the sport, clients will be isolating each breakdown and retraining movement patterns for improved stability and performance. Drills and exercises using the Core X tool is a big part of the work clients do with Andrew during these sessions.
This rehabilitation has been extremely successful for athletes dealing with low back pain during sport, chronic groin pain/ sports hernia and knee rehabilitation.
Andrew trained under the mentorship of Alex McKechnie and has worked with clients from the NHL, NBA, European Basketball and BCHL.
