Over the past 15 years, Marnie has developed a broad base of assessment and treatment skills. She has worked with amateur and professional runners, triathletes and field sport athletes, and of course plenty of weekend warriors! Early in her career, she worked with the National Ballet School, and enjoys working with the dance community.

As a mother of two, she is passionate about facilitating the journey new moms take to regain their previous level of fitness. Marnie treats womens’ health issues including return to fitness post partum, incontinence, core retraining, and pelvic pain.

Marnie uses a combination of joint and soft tissue mobilization, IMS, exercise prescription, taping and education in the treatment of her patients. She encourages clients to take ownership of their recovery, empowering them with an understanding of their injury and promoting an active, holistic approach to recovery.

Outside of work, Marnie keeps active running, hiking, biking, skiing, and strength training. Keep an eye out for her on the trails, slopes, or on the field with her kids.
