Alison grew up in North Vancouver, however she pursued her Physiotherapy degree in New Zealand and graduated in 2001 from the University of Otago. She has experience treating a wide variety of clientele including field athletes, runners, dancers, and triathletes, as well as individuals presenting with postural dysfunction and neck/back issues. Her treatment approach includes a combination of manual therapy, IMS, anatomical acupuncture, and exercise prescription. Additionally, she places a strong emphasis on client education as she believes it will enhance the overall experience and outcome. Having spent many years competing in road and trail racing and duathlons, Alison has a particular interest in running gait analysis and the prevention and treatment of running injuries.

Outside of work Alison enjoys spending time with her family, and takes advantage of the North Shore outdoors whether it be trail running, hiking, biking, or skiing.
