Alisha has successfully completed a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from McGill University and a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Born and brought up on the west coast, Alisha is passionate about maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle and aims to help her clients achieve their goals. With a previous athletic background in competitive softball, soccer and basketball, Alisha has experience working with athletes of all ages and abilities. With a focus on hands on treatment, Alisha aims to restore pain free movement with manual therapy, complimented with soft tissue release, therapeutic taping and functional exercise prescription. Having previous experience working as a registered Kinesiologist, Alisha values and prioritizes the importance of therapeutic exercise in helping clients achieve long term results outside of the clinic. Alisha believes in educating her clients on their injury works in collaboration to get clients back to enjoying their favourite activities. 

Alisha has experience volunteering with the BC Winter Games, BC High Performance Soccer, and enjoys giving running talks and workshops within the North Vancouver community. 

Outside of the clinic, you can find Alisha volunteering in the community, playing fast pitch softball, snowboarding, running the seawall or buried in a good book!
